Ammunition Sales – Update

Effective 10-15-2019 the Trap Range ONLY will resume ammunition sales.
Customers will be able to purchase 12Ga and 20Ga shotshells from the cashier.
The price for either gauge shell is still $8.50 per box of 25.
The Process:
- Have your driver’s license out and ready to present to the cashier.
- You will be asked to sign a purchase log for each box of shells purchased.
- You can purchase only 1 box of shells at a time, and we ask that you shoot on traps 3 and 4 so as to make it a shorter walk to purchase additional boxes and so our Range Safety Officers can ensure all ammunition purchased is shot at our range.
- NO ammunition purchased at the range is allowed to leave the range. All purchased ammunition must be shot at Livermore Pleasanton Rod and Gun Club at the time of purchase.
- The purchaser shall wear a wristband, from the cashier, so the Range Safety Officer can more easily monitor that all purchased ammunition is shot at our range.
- Although this process is more tedious than anyone would like, at least you are spared from the grueling background checks at retail stores…the rules of purchasing ammunition at a public range, do not require background checks.

Heaven gained a true angel, John Robert Ambrosino who passed on June 17, 2022, at the sweet age of 87. He was a member of the Livermore Pleasanton Rod & Gun Club for 50+ years where he ran their building and grounds maintenance for over 20 years,
