Wednesday Fun League Trap Shoots

cre8admuser - April 21, 2019

The Livermore Pleasanton Rod and Gun Club is pleased to offer a Spring 2019 Wednesday Fun Trap League open to club members and the public.

The league is for shooters to get together doing what they enjoy in the company of like- minded people who want to have a good time. We are a very social group and many friendships will and have been made. The League welcomes shooters of all abilities. Inexperienced shooters will improve by shooting with more experienced league members. Our experienced shooters are always willing to share their knowledge with any level shooter.

There is NO league required registration. Interested shooters can sign up to receive the current schedule or trip information by contacting: Lou O’Connell at 510-523-7471, Mark Martin at 510-886-6031, or Richard Gray (the secretary) at 510-792-8187, or Richard’s email: rkjck6053@aol.com.

Requirements

Equipment requirements are only your shotgun, ammunition, eye/hearing protection and a FUN attitude.
All shooters are required to sign a LPRG Waiver of Liability which can be done online or at the range. Shooting costs are the standard LPRG range fees for tokens and one box of shells for each round you shoot.

Shooting Events

The League, at this time, will offer nine different shooting events.
You will shoot trap and its variants such as: Annie Oakley, Buddy-Buddy, plus others. And every 9th week the League will take a road trip.

Shooting Schedule

  • League Black Powder shoots start Wednesdays at 10:00 am.
  • League, non-black powder shooters begin at 11:30 am and end at or before 3:00 pm.
